What we collect
- What you give us on the sign-up form or in chat: your name, business name, email, phone, carrier, hours, service area and services.
- The texts, chats, emails and calls you exchange with us.
- When you use the service: your customers’ names, phone numbers, messages, call recordings and booking details.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Where it’s stored
Customer messages, calls and bookings are processed on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer-messaging platform. We also use phone, form, hosting and payment providers to run the service. Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements.
Who sees it
- You, for your own customers. You own your customers’ information and decide how it’s used.
- Our team, only to set up, run and support your service.
- Our service providers, only to operate the service.
We don’t sell data
We don’t sell your information or your customers’ information, and we don’t use your customers’ information for our own marketing.
Call recording and transcription
Calls answered by the AI may be recorded and transcribed. We use them to send you call summaries and recaps, log questions for follow-up, and improve answers. You’re responsible for any notices and consents your customers need.
Text messages and opt-in
- People opt in to texts through the chat widget on our website, or by texting or calling us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
