Program description

Wrench & Wire AI sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in through the chat widget on our website, or by texting or calling us. Messages include customer care messages (replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups) and occasional promotional messages (special offers and service announcements). Customer care messages may also cover your free trial and account setup (such as call-forwarding instructions and test messages).

How to opt in

You opt in through the chat widget on our website, or by texting or calling us. By opting in, you agree to receive customer care messages (replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups) and occasional promotional messages (special offers and service announcements) from Wrench & Wire AI. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity.

Opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation message, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.
